Vodka soda brand Two Robbers wanted to reach a broader audience, and position their canned spirits as an elevated drinking experience.

We leaned on cowboy cool to develop the “Not So Fast” campaign, inviting fast movers to slow down and steal the moment.

Throughout history, Americans have been fascinated with criminals and, when it comes to infamous criminal duos, you have to look to the wild west.

The western ideology is all about economic affluence and personal freedom.

This is an ideology of every modern American and certainly many NYer today.

And when we look back to vintage western-inspired ads, their visual stories still resonate.

America's current "western" culture; embodies a sense of welcoming people in that weren't necessarily welcome just a few years ago.

So...

When you combine the American drive toward the pursuit of economic affluence and personal freedom, historically successful campaign visuals, and modern cultural expansion. You get a compelling visual that will give any NYer pause.
